What does AI consulting cost at Cloud Garden?
A Discovery Workshop costs €1,900, a workshop or training €3,900, a hackathon €4,900, each plus VAT. Strategy, implementation and operations we deliver at a fixed price, individually agreed, with no open day rates. For many AI projects at mid-sized companies there is public funding in Germany and Austria. We assist with the applications.
We don't have a concrete AI strategy yet. Can we still start?
Yes. Most companies come with a hunch, not a requirements document. That is exactly what the intro call is for: together we sort out where AI really pays off in your company and which first step is worth taking, whether you're a mid-sized company in Germany or a growing start-up in the DACH region.
How does an AI or cloud project with Cloud Garden work?
In four phases: strategy, implementation, go-live, operations. You don't have to start at the beginning. If a concept already exists, we join at the implementation stage. Each phase ends with a usable artifact, not a presentation.
What do we get at the end of a project?
Something your team keeps working with: an assessment with a roadmap, an architecture with complete documentation, or a running system. Code, access and documentation stay with you, no lock-in.
Do you also work for companies outside Germany?
Yes. We serve companies in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as well as in other European markets. We run projects remotely; on request we also hold workshops on site, in Munich, Vienna, Zurich or at your offices.
Are your AI solutions compliant with the EU AI Act and GDPR?
We build security-by-design into every building block and assess together which risk level your AI solution falls under according to the EU AI Act. In concrete terms that means documentation obligations, human oversight and transparency requirements, all considered from the start. In ongoing operations we support you with the governance obligations under the EU AI Act and GDPR.
What happens after go-live, who handles operations?
We stay on if you want us to. Operations, support and governance continue as a retainer with a fixed point of contact. You won't suddenly be left on your own, and you don't have to build your own AI team to keep your solution running.
